Here’s a quick breakdown of what each week in the program will look like:

Week 1- Self Discovery: This is where we discuss the experiences and belief systems that are currently running your life.

Week 2- Patterns & Habits: We take a look at your most consistent behaviours, and how they're impacting your day to day life.

Week 3- Environment: In the third week, we learn about the key components in an environment. We assess what a nurturing atmosphere or environment looks like for you based off your values & emotions.

Week 4 - Identity Training: This is when the total immersive identity training begins. This week is where we start to pull out your best qualities & habits to get your life back into alignment.

Week 5 - Rebirth: In week five we rebirth your new identity. We will help you let go of who you thought you were, and step into who you are meant to be.

Week 6 - Mission Building: In week six we tap into YOUR version of success, and help you create a new compelling vision for your future.

Week 7 - Calling In Your New World: This week we dive into the fundamentals of manifestation, and breath work training. 

Week 8 - Integration: Our eighth and final week is all about integration. We work together to integrate this fearless version of you, with a goal of creating consistent alignment.
